I am sitting here in a game, and i just disbanded some formations that required RAW to be built. Disbanding them meant that i got resources back. However, there is a slight bug. The bug is that the RAW shows up as "negative income" in the top resource display. ... Shouldn´t it be positive?

Also, are we supposed to have our PP's refunded when units are deleted ?
History began July 4th, 1776. Anything before that was a mistake.

yes you are.

though in custom scenarios this could be switched off by rulevar.
