Fall Grun Scenario Situation

Post by demyansk »

Played a good PBEM game using the Fall Grun scenario. I would like to take a screenshot of the end of the map game but don't know how to do it, help if you can? However, in the upper left of the screen is an area where the Luftwaffe is stationed and this part of the map is Blocked off and separate from the other parts of the map. I get reinforcements in this area, however, the reinf are not able to be air transported, air dropped etc. How do I get them onto the "Main" part of the map?

I would like to post a screen shot if you can guide me
thanks
i tried it through paint and it says its not support
now it says file to large and i cant figure out how to make it smaller
i used the snip tool and it worked

You can display a graphic attachment in your post by checking the "Embed picture in post" box at the bottom of the text field. The forum accepts only .gif and .jpg as graphic formats. File size is limited to 200 KB. MS Paint is .. crap. You might want to use Paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/) which is free and offers a bit more options and is as easy to use.

Back to Fall Grün:

There's no way to get your - reconstitued i think - units out there, sorry. This is not exactly a design issue, but related to the scenario reentry point, the red R in my screenshot. From your screenshot I suppose the reentry point in your game has reached stacking limits, so the game looks for adjacent locations that are empty. WHY on earth it choses the worst place for this i can't tell. I suggest you get the dark grey units off that hex and disband those rebuilt units on the airfields. When they reconstitute again and the hex is free they shouldn't misplace themselves. Also, by disbanding these you at least have the units' equipment back in the pool.

For taking screenshots I find "Hardcopy"(http://www.hardcopy.de/hardcopy/english/index.php) very useful.
