problem with 1.04.16 - unit strength

problem with 1.04.16 - unit strength

I'm playing an e-mail game and my soviet opponent upgraded to the newest beta version. I did the same and when I loaded our game ALL my units had had a strength of 1 no matter where they were located. I went back to the version 1.03 and the strengths were back to normal. The time is 11/6/41 mud turn. Anyone else have this happen? I haven't seen any mention of it on the forum

Mud now shows the modified offensive CV. Hit the "z" button and you will see that your defensive CVs are still good.

Think it's because the 1/8 (or 1/6?) CV value penalty for mud attacks are now shown in 1.04.XX.
The change helped me deal with my suicidal mud wrestling-mania with the russian bear
