ATG on the secondary monitor

I have my laptop hooked to a 46'' TV, which is usually set up as the secondary monitor (extended desktop). This works very well for me for most of my (windowed) applications, however, when I want to run full-screen apps such as ATG, they only want to open in the primary monitor (i.e. laptop). Currently, to solve this (i.e. to play ATG on the TV from my sofa), I need to change my display settings and switch from extended desktop to duplicated one, so that the picture on the secondary monitor (TV) is the same as the primary one (laptop). But this is tedious because I need to do it each time I want to play ATG and then change it back once I'm done...

So I'd like to know if there is a way to force a full-screen program to directly open on the secondary (extended) monitor?

I use a great little app called UltraMon to manage my dual monitors for programs and games that don't support multiple monitors. Single click to set primary display or to disable secondary display. Well worth the $$$.
