German noob looking for Soviet opponent

hello, i never played PEBM before. someone can explain how it works??? how can i invite people???????

The Soviet player will open the game, create a password, then send a saved game as a .PSV file to you. You save the attachment in your DAT/SAVE folder, then start your WITE game. Select PBEM, then Load saved Game. You will need to make a password too. Do your move, select F12, then you will be prompted to save the game. Use an easy naming convention with both your names and the turn number.
