Along similar lines to damage repairing...

Post by Afrika Korps »

What about abandoned vehicles?

I have an 8-rad that the crew bailed out of when they got a bit jumpy...heh. They are in the same hex as the vehicle and no longer have any suppression...will they get back in their 8-rad and how do I get them back in it...the "L" key flashes a message for 2 micro seconds that the vehicle is fleeing, yet there it sits, and there they sit, hundreds of meters behind the front. :(

Von Doom, you just have to wait. They will eventually decide to climb back in on their own. You will then be sitting in an immobilized vehicle that may or may not ever get mobile again. You just have to decide if it is worth it to wait or to use the crew as "scouts" or for whatever other purpose you choose.

Just stay put, if surpression stays low and the vehicle remains intact they should recrew it within a few turns. The more experinced the unit the sooner they will recrew.
