How to run game in window mode?

My video card (ATI HD 4870 X2) is overheating in full screen mode (1280 800) at ventilation speed 40-41% and i don't want to rise ventilation speed because too loud sound.
Any help?

you might try reducing the video settings in the game, but this might be due to CPU ussage.
