Japanese Aircraft schedule for SC#1

Post by Numdydar »

As I wanted to see what the layout of Japanese airframe availability, I laid out the following timeline. Plus I wanted to be able to track better any accelerations that occur throughout the game. I hope everyone finds this useful.

It just never ceases to amaze me how deep this game is.
After 16 years, Civ II still has me in it's clutches LOL!!!
Now CIV IV has me in it's evil clutches!

I tell you April 44 really surprised me. Three different fighters types in the same month [&:] What were they thinking durning the design phase "We can't decide between these so we will just make all of them.". Not to mention the most plane designs released than any other month in the game.

The chart really highlights the total lack of cooridination between the IJN and IJA. To bring this home to the players, the game should have two completely different production systems, with a random die roll to see which system would produce each turn [X(]. Now wouldn't that be fun [:D]
