Map Maker error

I was just playing around to see if I could make a map and got this error when I tried to import the Google Map Height Map. Any idea on what may cause that or what I should look at to fix?

I unistalled PCO and reinstalled it. While installing I got this error. This error may be causing the map error. What do I need to do?

Would appreciate a little help from Tech Supprt if you guys aren't too busy.

Hi Commanderski,

Regarding the second error, that sounds like an installer problem. If you retry, does it work? Do you have any anti-virus or security software on when reinstalling? If so, please try turning it off while the installer is running.

Regarding the first error, is Map Maker working otherwise? Does this only happen when you try to import a height map? Have you tried multiple locations to see if the issue is that the DEM is unavailable?

Have you got this running by uninstalling and reinstalling?

Yes to both of the above. I do have a second computer where the game was originally downloaded to and I have no errors on that. I may try what sztartur did and see what happens when I have a chance.
