More Download issues

Guys,


Have tried twice and failed to use the link to download the game (both times Plimus tell me that it is no longer available).

I managed to get the Panzer Corps up in my IE9 download applet but it failed to download.

Going through support with the order no. get me to the US and Euro download buttons - these don't generate any further pages or activity.

More than frustrated already.

I have purchased several games from Matrix without issue.

I am in UK so everything is pretty standard here - ISP no faults.

I have done the usual like disable AV and firewall.

Still no joy.

I am thinking that matrix have taken a big step back with Plimus.

Can anyone host the Exe file - I have my serial number.

Think IE 9 is the issue

Downloaded the Beta version with Win7 and IE9 (3 times) without any problems. FWIW

Sorry you are having problems. Reaper if you have no luck with what the Help Desk suggests let us know and we'll set up an alternative download link.

Hi Iain,

As far as I know, we resolved Reaper's issue yesterday. It seems that some customers are having issues with IE9. I would recommend trying an alternate browser if the download does not work for you with IE9.

Actually not resolved - unable to download with ie9

Downloaded with another pc running ie 8

Great game - and worth the hassle.

Brings back great memories of panzer general
