Selling game?

Can't get the time to play so was thinking of putting my copy on ebay. But then I realised the disk has my name on it and activation code - although i have never played online. Would a buyer run into any probs because the game was originally purchased by myself? ...... i'm thinking in terms of getting patches and online play.
