BabesLite Update

BabesLite has been updated to v-10, as of July 16, 2011. Updates made to Class and Ship files to incorporate all the ASW work, for both sides, discussed in other threads and to conform with DaBigBabes.

Other nits and grits dealt with, but nothing worth talking much about; more error correction and such.

As always, BabesLite Scen026 and Scen027 are totally transparent to the AI and fully playable, by either side, as alternatives to stock Scen001 (or quiet China Scen007) and Scen006 (or quiet China Scen009).
