BTR and Windows 7

Post by wg335910 »

Does BTR have a problem with WINDOWS 7. I can get into the game fine, but I never lose the rotating delay icon. Even as I go through a turn its always there. Thanks

Have you applied the first patch? That was a known issue that was resolved in the initial patch (1.02)

Greetings <S> [8D]

I just built a new machine and fired it up last week running Win 7 Home 32bit. Reinstalled both the Original, patched to 1.065 and the Matrix version, patched to 1.02. Moved all my saved campaigns into the save folder in both games and ran my next set of missions. Ran fine with no issues for both.

Greetings,
Well I could be mistaken. Upon further review of a 43 campaign I see that the B-24 groups I had in the Med are no longer there. I have a newly started campaign there that I had completed the first week of the 43 campaign and now the B-24 groups are not anywhere to be found. So I check the weapons database and see that it shows I have a month or two more to wait for B-24's to be available.

Sarge, Harley am I mistaken or is something afoot?

All the other campaigns that I was runnin when my computer was under Windows XP OS are much further along. Is there some anomaly of installing and patching in Win 7 and continuing a game I started when running XP?

Regards,
KayBay
