PBEM Generic Data

Using the Editor I altered the 1941 Campaign Leader Generic data by adding GER & SU leaders. My son and I started a PBEM. After 2 turns we now want to start using his computer to do his turns. Will he be able to use the addtional leaders? In other words does PBEM require that both players have the same altered Leader Generic data files?

The player who makes the first save is providing his generic data. That would be Soviet side right now.
