Stalingrad in Campaign Scenario

Am I missing something, but twice now I have gotten all the objectives except the three Caucasus objectives by the end of turn 28 in Stalingrad portion of the 1939-45 Campaign, but I don't get a marginal victory only a loss. Appreciate any help.

Documented bug.  Minor victory triggers were not set up properly.
However it also doesn't matter.

Major, minor, or loss all send you to Kursk.
Major, minor, or loss all reward 2880 prestige.

The briefing is wrong. You can get a minor victory by capturing all the major objectives.

There is the same problem when you play stalingrad scenario.
The trigger for Axis victory is : number of axis flags in primary objectives is equal to 13, but there is only 10 primary objectives to capture ! [&:]
