primary and secondary objectives

It is impossible to distinguish the primary objectives of the secondary objectives on the map.
An outline different of the flag would be appreciable.

They look very distinctive to me. One is a flat flag - the other has a 'glowing' gold border around the flag. Could it be your graphics settings?
