Tactics forum ?

Is it possible to have just a pure tactics forum area.
kind of like a teaching area for new and old people alike to go to. area would deal with things like tactics , methods of attack ,defence, combined arms ect ect... old vets could pass on their lessons learned.And new people could be helped with their learning curb. By asking questions on how to do things . We are all bound to benifit from this type of forum isn some way.

Not to toot my own horn (at least not too loudly anyways) but have you looked at my tacitcs guide on Tankhead's site (www.tankheadcentral.com)? It has lots of tactics in general and specific terms.

Thank you, thank you. I am working on adding more tactical tips and battle drills as well as graphics. I am planning to wait until I have SPWaW5 and update it for that as well.

Any suggestions as to what could make it better?

Paul, would you be interested in giving it semi-offical status? I could add in a FAQ or other items Matrix is interested in distributing (e.g. you armor penetration logic that you've posted here and some other design decisions so gamers would better understand "why" it plays the way it does). I could do one for CL or other games if you like.
