can't download new units

When I try to save the new unit files that people like Razz1 are making, it says I do not have administrator permission.
I am going to here:
My computer -> C: -> program files (x86) -> slitherine -> panzer corp -> graphics -> units and then trying to save it in there. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using Windows 7? Disbale UAC. You can search the steps in Google.

yes, its both computers run windows 7

I was able to save it in the location above, which also still has the original file in there. The units are showing as available in my inventory, but on the field or when purchasing the picture still isn't there. Any help is appreciated.
