Loading downloaded scenarios

Hey dudes - I downloaded (actually my dad did) a couple of user scenarios and we are having trouble figuring it how to load them in the game (War in the East).

Basically we have download the zip...opened it....but then there is nothing more to do with it.

is there a menu in the actual game where we can open them? Do we have to copy them into the game file from the OS? Any help would be great - the scenarios we downloaded are:
Red Army Resurgent & Zitadel.

You need to copy them to the Dat\scen folder and they should show up on the list.
