Can we have a "Sticky" of recommended Mods?

Hi Guys,

I've just downloaded the official update and the sound mods, but was wondering what else to download. Can we perhaps get a recommendation of the best "can't do without" mods, together with instructions on how to install? Thanks for all your work guys, making this even better!

Get the Mod enabler and learn how to use it.

That application will be your friend.
