Move Order question

Move Order question

Playing Elsenborn Ridge as the Germans. I set both Peiper and Ott to move to west edge exit objectives. In both cases I set Aggro to Minimum. However when I click on the Move Order destinations it shows both of them with Aggro set to Medium. Is that a bug or am I misunderstanding something? Thanks.

Just to clarify, the Peiper and Ott HQ's correctly show Min Aggro but their units show Medium Aggro when I click on a unit and then on the Move objective.
