See difficulty level ingame, how?

So, I started up a campaign late at night, played through to Sea Lion 1940 and it seems too easy. I am pretty certain I chose field marshal, and I have played a LOT of PG1 back in the days, but can I check my difficulty setting in any way? Are there any tricks I can use to figure out what setting I am playing at?

Hint: Join the Slitherine Forums. While Matrix and Slitherine belong together, the Panzer Corps devs post there and most threads about the game spawn there.

You can read some nice tricks and contribute in threads asking for UI improvements like that and more.

When I play on Manstein, I have no problem telling what difficulty I'm on.
But then of course, all of those 15 strength Allied units everywhere are a pretty strong reminder.
