LAN game keeps crashing

We are on turn 153 and the non-host player keeps getting the following error (and yes we rebooted the computer)

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

There is a lot more to the error string but this is quite frustrating
