Tech Question...

I have a Compaq Presario 1688 laptop with a Rage LT Pro AGP 2x video card( which is 4mb RAM i think). 400mgz, 64RAM. can you say.. OBSOLETE?

Question is:

I want to be able to play UV on my trip with this laptop. I noticed the req was for 8mb RAM video. I tried running and got a "Cant Set Screen Mode" error. This may seem stupid, but I have to explore any options, but is it the video card causing this as is probably obvious? If not what could it be. And if so, is there any way arround it??

UPDATE:

Sorry, problem fixed. Just had to update drivers. I would have done it before I posted but i had to burn the driver and load it on laptop, and i just got a blank. But it runs, and on 4mb (if that is the correct ram of my card)! *Below* min spec's, great job guys.
