Americal Division?

How can you ever create the Americal Division?

The 164th Inf is restricted and has no re-assignment choices that are not restricted as well. As it sits, it looks like the only place the Americal Division can serve is on the West Coast.

Version is 1108q9b and the game was created somewhere around 1108m (I think).

Any options that you have too few points for will be greyed-out. Is that what you are seeing?

The option to select another command from the list may be greyed out as a result of not having suffcient points, but just being able to get to the list by clicking on the yellow command text means that they are NOT permanantly restricted. If they were they would have white command text that can't be clicked on to lead you to the list.

I've never had any problem freeing them from the west coast one I have enogh points to do so.
