Campaign difficulty

Really enjoy the scenarios, but having started the campaign, I cannot see how to get beyond Stalingrad. Whatever, I've tried the Russians just seem to have too many units, too many reinforcements and too much strength in depth.

Anybody proved more successful? Any suggestions?
