Unable to move ARD from Portland

ARD arrived in Portland, but I cann't move she anywhere because she boo large to move by river.
Date of arrrival - 23.10.43.

This a data issue rather than a code issue. It was fixed in an earlier data patch IIRC.

However, there was a pwhex file that could be copied to the game to make it possible to move the ARD.
