I have a few of Orzel Bialy’s “new” custom maps he threw togeather for us the other weekend that I’d love to try on some online games. (Thanks Orzel) I like eastern front battles as Soviets.

Commander Klank....
You're welcome.
If you ever have a suggestion or a request for a map that you would like to see....historical or not...let me know and I'll see what I can whip up.
Ever since M4 Jess invited me to assist him from time to time on a few of his projects ( "The Factory" and his upcoming "D-Day" ) I have really enjoyed creating maps for use here on the forum. Call it my version of stress relief I guess.
If you have a request just put it on the "maps???" thread where I post the map zip files. Enjoy the maps and the battles they bring you.

So you Don't like Cheese?
Well, I'm actually from Indiana...but have lived in Illinios, Oregon, Washington and now Wisconsin.
However, having grown up a GREEN BAY PACKER FAN and taught from an early age to boo the Chicago Bears...it's a nice match!

Tsk tsk...
so I'm having to deal with a Vikings fan and a Redskins fan eh? Boy that does it Jess, the next map I make for you I'm going to invert all the terrain features....and flip-flop landmarks east to west. lol.
Ok....although part of me would like to dish out some smack talk regarding favorite NFL teams...I'll just smile and say nothing.
I was taught to respect other peoples choices...wrong as they may be. Hee hee hee.
After all, the forum should be big enough for all of us, regardless of team loyalties.
ps........GO PACKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

All right you knuckle heads, listen up....LOL
Ok guys, I grew up in Pittsburgh PA and I've ALWAYS have beenand alway will be a Pittsburgh Steeler fan; esspesally down here in "Cowboy" country. It dosn't matter how they do this year or that; The Steelers are my team....... :p At least we can always say: We'll be back....(becouse we were there 4 times before)...LOL
As for a showdown game there Viking lets look at Orzel's "woodland" map (see his map thread for the map), 5000 points meeting engagment, 1943 Eastern front (I don't do Germans, sorry), perhaps unit rarity on
, 10% "off board" support is good (include air in that%).
Do you have ICQ?
I dare you to bring Tiger tanks...LOL

It does seem like you got alot of games going on around this board. Are you sure you'll be up to playing all night long?
If we use unit rarity on I don't care what you buy with your points. The program will control how much of what you can get.
As for exrta points I say lets just keep it simple and keep the points even. This is a meeting engagement after all. We don't have to do Eastern Front, I'd just prefer it.
Have you downloaded the "woodlands" map from Orzel's map thread. I recommend you do and check it out. I saved it at it's default location (52 I think).
What time zone are you in and when will you be up tommarrow night to get hooked up?
Ring me tonight on the ICQ so we can get esstablished on it.
Anyone else interested in doing a four way?

""Time on Deck 0628""
How far behind me is your time zone?!?
Anyways I'll be up and running 20:00 hrs MY TIME (centeral time zone) so I'll see you then. I hope our connection is stable, we'll see.
You asked if you can save an online game and the answer is yes you can. We have to agree which slot to save it in and then we both save it when we start a turn. sometimes the files get messedup so the best way to get a stoppped game started again is for one player to send the other player his game files. The other player loads them up and the game will start were the first player saved the turn/game. This works good in case of a disconnect.
Are you going to get that map loaded up for tommarrow?
