Jap ML now sweep mines!

I upgraded to v. 1.2.

When I send ML to lay mines in a hex with a few sub laid mines, they sweep them! When I send ML to a mine free hex, they lay none.

I base them on Truk.

The "will lay mines in hex" text no longer appears. Instead, "TF XX will conduct mine operations in hex"

ALLIED subs still lay mines properly.

Can you confirm that you have the MLs set to Retirement Allowed?
