Read the whatsnew.pdf in your game folder.

The native resolution for your monitor must be able to display 1920x1980.
You need to change the properties of your desktop shortcut to the -px -py values described in the whatsnew.pdf.
This video will show you how to get to the properties (although is really about the beta)
