A Visit to the Patton Museum

Post by Wild Bill »

A visit to Fort Knox is in the works for a few gamers. Some of the Combat Mission game crowd (Battlefront) are meeting Tuesday, August 6th at the Patton Museum at Fort Knox for a little get-together.

I am pretty sure that I am making the drive up there from Atlanta on Monday. If any of you are in that area, I'll be staying in Radcliff, Ky, at the Econo-Lodge Monday PM - Tuesday AM. If you live nearby, give me a call or drop by. It would be great to see you.

And I'll let you in on a little secret; some of the American display tanks have there belly excape harches open/missing and you can crawl up into the tanks:D :D

Well, they did 21 years ago when I was stationed there :)

Gee that brings back some old memories of comrades (and hang overs...LOL) :( :)
