Operation Bagration High Difficulty

So I made it to operation Bagration. Despite having excellent forces I am completely overwhelmed no matter what strategy I use by the IS tanks. The are almost indestructible, even when they do not have any ammunition! Nothing stands up to it and there are alot of them. Destroys the balance of the game.
