Seeking German Opponent for Grand Campaign

Hello,
I am just completing my first game of WITE and am enjoying it a lot.
I am seeking a German opponent for the Grand Campaign 41-45.
I can do 2-3 turns a week and wants to play someone who will play to the end.
Will consider a variant of WIE rules as a houserule that if the Germans gain control of Leningrad, Moscow, and Stalingrad or Gorki they have won the game.
I want an opponent with limited to medium experience.
