NEVER SURRENDER! (mild end-game spoilers)

Post by J HG T »

Just ran into something I found extremely amusing in my current game. I let the pictures speak for themselves.

Ah, small things like these always remind me why I love DW so much. My war with with Shakturis may have just began, but it have began well.

It looks as your fat pots are lazy and the work is done by the small cutters. It's always the same with Big Fish that call themselves 'Never Surrender'.

@AminMaalouf
The bulk of the 4th fleet hunted down two "refugee" carriers that tried to flee from the battle towards galactic south. They ripped rest of the enemies apart all right after that. [:D]

In a way, yes. There's lot of ships being built for this fleet and the 3th fleet in this sector. I try to save some credits for important crash researches and generally keep the income somewhat positive.
I've been selling lower tech stuff to some of my most trusted trade partners (Humans, Zenox, Quanemo and Securans).

War with the Shakturis will surely demand loads of credits.
Great thing is that I'm fighting the refugees alone, but when they "reveal" themselves the Ancients literally in the next system to them will go to town with uber fleet.
Can't wait for the carnage.
The humans may also join in to the fun and send some fleet from nearby cluster.
Just have to keep the refugees busy and in the cluster they appeared in.
I may do mini AAR of this. I'll see about it tomorrow.
