Soryu/Hiryu art

Post by Wasp »

The Soryu/ Hiryu art seemed to be quite odd/inaccurate, so based on historical photographs, I remade one taking parts of Shokaku, Akagi, Kaga class and modifying it a bit. Features a new bridge, new everything. Especially the gun platform on the front. This class of carriers were the first in the IJN to have gun plat forms in the front. The carrier ended up being longer than it was in real life: When I lined it up with the shokaku graphic the shokaku became shorter, when in fact the shokaku was a much longer than the hiryu/soryu. Please feel free to update on this as much as you like. Enjoy

Soryu

Here is my try at modifying Wasp's version of the Soryu. It's now the same length that it was before (therefore, now shorter than the Shokaku). FWIW.

Combined the regular mod with the text variant. Now a zip file that contains both (you will have to rename the text variant to be able to use it).
