Research not working in GC for Britain

Hi,

I'm playing GC (the version where Germans get free setup and early start) PBEM.

It's turn 5. when I look at reports and select Great Britain it shows that for turn 1 GB had no investment in infantry tech. However I bought 1 point of infantry tech investment on turn 3 or 4. It doesn't show any research report for any turn after turn 1 for GB. Also when I look at research I have 0/150 progress in infantry tech even though I bought 1 star in infantry tech on a previous turn (3 or 4).

I am pretty sure this has to be a bug. I can't get screenshots in the game for some reason (am running full screen) or I'd screenshot for you.

Tech Reports are done monthly.

Ah, what a relief to know this isn't broken.

So does that mean the progress from investment only happens monthly also?
