Does anyone know whats up
with the help desk? I put in a ticket because I couldnt login to the help desk and they send me a link that doesnt work.

If you are able to log a ticket then that means you have a valid members club account.
Just log in the memberes section as usual and search for your ticket.
The link that they send usually doesn't work for me. It just list all the tickets filed and I have problems accessing my ticket from there.
