Slash and burn

Post by Sam-I-am »

I put this sugestion in the UV area but I think here is the right place.

I would like to have the ability to sabotage/destroy/deny/slash&burn my bases/ports/airfields should the need to retreat arise.

Something about leaving supply/fuel and intact ports/airfields to the enemy really bugs me.

Realisticly this would be implemented when the enemy is knocking on your front door.

Does this warrent bringing to the attention of Matrix?

When you capture a base, you cannot make use of any supplies or Fuel that was left there.

Never argue with an idiot, he will only drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

Is this correct? in PacWAR all the supplied went away, but half the fuel was captured.

In addition the port and airbase levels were unchanged on capture.

I agree that there should be a choice available, at a PP Cost to reduce / wreck the facilities and fuel / supply storage dumps, and if its not done, then perhaps the supplies should be able to be captured.
Still playing PacWar (but no so much anymore)...
