I played the Boot Camp campaign. First scenario assaulting the church is very hard but I finally succeeded. However there is no scenario two. How do you move to number two?

After you finish the first battle, and are back at the Boot Camp campaign screen, if you pick Start at bottom, you should be in the second battle.
