Altering raw and oil production

Hola all just a quick question from a newcomer. I was wondering how I could adjust the oil and raw that opponents get from thier resource fileds (if possible). I went into the editor and doubled the amount of production from cities and political points by going into Ppl and adjusting ProdMod (City production) and Prod mod2 (political points). I assumed that ProdMod 3 and 4 were for oil and raw but when I set them to 2 it doesn't seem to double oil or raw production. How can I double (or triple, whatever), oil and raw production for my opponents and what are ProdMod categories 3&4 in the editor? Thank you for any replies and have a good day :)

As far as i know ProdMod3 and 4 are unused.

Will have to look up what prodmod oil and ore use. But why did you adjust prodmod instead of Item Costs, in the item section? To me that would have been the logical choice. Or even faster, the ProdPoints of each location in the LT section?

Oil and Ore (not synthetic ore and oil) use prodmod 0. The synthetic/recycled stuff uses prodmod2.
