Can't unload SST's

I can't seem to unload my US SST's. I've tried to offload them in a controlled dot hex and regular ports, but they won't do it. Sub transport was selected when forming the TF, they loaded supplies fine, but when reaching target they won't drop. Have tried disbanding/reforming, fiddled with home base settings, even changed destinations to unload elsewhere. No dice.

I should also note these SST's wouldn't load troops. I could select the sub transport, destination, and load troops option, but no LCU was available to load--either in Combat or Strat op modes. I did use the SST's at an earlier date successfully for supply runs as attempted above and it worked ok, but haven't been able to after that first op.

This is a pbem, latest patch but no beta, scenario 1, in July '42. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
