So, can someone send me to the correct spot to post my 10 page rant about all the issues that I have come across within the programming inside of the game.

I have numerous examples of issues throughout my ARR's and its come to a head during last episode when the my ships (which I micromanage) decided to ignore all of my commands and do their own thing. I even spent 5 minutes trying to get a fleet to refuel by right clicking and then on say refuel at Site A. The fleet message would say to refuel at Site A and they would fly over there and act like they were refueling only to find out 5 minutes later that they didn't do squat. After trying this about 5 times I got so fead up with trying this format I just decided I would let them just go refuel at the nearest location (thinking that maybe there was something worng with this location). I decided to just clicked the blue circle icon under the mini screen (to repair and refuel at nearest location) which of course they decided was site A.... OMG..... seriously.

OH wait.. I was going to wait for my rant post.

It is stuff like this that needs to be addressed before adding new fuctions into the game (colonization sliders and colonization limits). How about fixing the issues that need to be addressed before adding in more things to break.

So where is a good place to post this information -- you would think Tech Support but that folder seams to be used just for info on the latest beta patch and all of the new issues that has caused....

Are you using 1.7.0.10?  That is supposed to fix the ignore your commands issue (which I had brought up previously).

Just post up the problems you've encountered in a non-rant way and that way we can get fixes for the issues.  Just chill out a bit before posting them so they aren't too rantish

Additionally you might want to break your problems down into particular issues (or mini-groups at most). It is very easy to overlook some things if they are all together in one big mish-mash.

See my above thread, I had very very similar issues to yourself.

And frankly it was making my blood boil.

The issue you might be having is that the point where you have asked your ships to refuel at is either incapable of receiving the ships and therefore not able to refuel them, they have no fuel to give the ships or they have such a crappy throughput that they are doing one ship at a time.

I had a similar issue with my Large Starport, I resolved it by making a copy of the starport with uber capacity and retrofitting my existing port to the new design. Doing this increased my refuel capacity by 10 fold and allowed me to refuel and repair a fleet of 32 ships in 6 minutes.

Remember everything in this game needs to scale, if your ships get bigger, they need more fuel and more fuel means bigger demands on your ports. Which in turn need bigger storage and bigger docking throughput.

Addressing these will help.

Ranting usually gets you ignored, I suggest that you cut it from 10 pages and deal with 1 issue at a time, without ranting, in the tech support forum.
