Install problem

I purchased the full version of Empire in Arms today. I downloaded from the link provided with my receipt. Once downloaded, the install will not complete! It has frozen up on me 5 times! It always stops at a certain point, like its trying to finish. After I close the install window and go into the C: where its installed, I tried to run it manually because it won't get far enough to create a shortcut. It will not run, it says error coded 200; serial number problem, contact matrix support.

I tried to apply the newest patch over it and it did finish the installation of the newest patch. However, it will not run the game, it says the same error. I manually went into the program files and retyped (with no spaces) the serial number given in my receipt, still no dice...can't play, same error.

Any ideas?
