Instability after latest MS update?

Instability after latest MS update?

Has anyone noticed spurious crashing after the latest MS update that includes yet another "fix" for .Net4?

I had the same problem after the previous "fix" for .Net 4, but now I am also noticing issues with BftB.

Maybe I should just turn-of all those critical MS updates as they interefere with my critical gaming?

Running XP w/SP3.
