E-mail games don't work

WitPAE does not work for e-mail games. I loaded of CD then updated to
WITP Admiral's Edition v1.01.08r9 Official Update (AtomicGames Mirror)

Error is can't load saved games

but I can play non e-mail games

PC windows 7 64 bit

Are you and your opponent using the same version?
