Wrong MOS for this gent!!

Has anybody else noticed that great surface commander Arleigh Burke is listed as one of the submarine replacement skippers for the USN?..How can he be put in the replacement pool of surface ship skippers, where he belongs??

Capt Burke, A shows up in my list of leaders for a USN CA.

There is no pool of "surface ship skippers."  Read more about it here.
