FROZEN SCREEN

Hi everybody,

Basicaly my problem is during the grand campaign, 19 January(00:00) in the map Ginkel Health.
when it has finished the battle (loading...), it frozen the screen and blocked the game.
i have the last version of the game.

Anybody can help me??????
When the battle start i play for few minutes,,,,,just in time the screen became gray but i listen the audio battle,,,,after more second the screen became black and the game finish to run....... I've installed the update but the problem remain....[:@] please help me.....[&o][&o][&o][&o]
