In the Campaign expansion '43, there are several battle scenarios where the Russian is losing and game end is near and all of a sudden there's an onslaught of new air units-fighters and bombers that appear on the edge of the screen. Obviously they are not coming from new units built in or next to a surviving city. Where are these units coming from???! They appear in front of friendly units, when all other airfields have been captured.

Probably scripted to appear on the map or to become active at a given turn.
