Duplicate Unit - 36th Construction Co

Stock 3927
and 3797

are both the same unit - the IJA 36th Construction Company

I think one of them should be the 33rd Construction Company.

In fact - looks like 31st, 32nd and 33rd are all missing from the list -
so take your pick. All were Kwangtung Army units and probably
belong at Mutankiang, as the 34th, 35th and 36s are correctly shown as.
