I'm taking my first shot at playing the Japanese in the full campaign scenario. From what I've read WitP Tracker is really a plus. However, I can't get it to run, been trying for a while now. Has anyone else had this problem? If so any tips on what to try?

What exactly isn't working? What are the error messages?

Thank you for the quick response sir! I've lost count of the times I've gone through the steps of install, set up and making sure the C++ and Java are updated. Still no luck. The errors are similar to the ones in the thread michaelm suggested I take a look at (and a thank you too michaelm!). I'm going down through them now and trying everything suggested again. I'll get a screen shot of the error message if I get to the end and still no luck. Thanks again, it looks like a great program.
